Premier League final day: Who is in the Champions League, Europa League and Conference League

Newcastle sealed Champions League qualification on the final day despite losing to Everton, while Chelsea and Manchester City also confirmed their places in the competition for next season.

Despite losing 1-0 on Sunday, results elsewhere mean Newcastle finished the 2024-25 Premier League campaign in fifth place, enough to earn them a spot in Europe’s top competition.

Chelsea beat Nottingham Forest on the final day to finish fourth, but that result means there’s no Conference League place for the eighth-placed team – Brighton.

BBC Sport runs you through the nine Premier League sides who have earned places in Europe next season.
