Ramaj’s agent denies Kosovo call-up reports

Playing for Kosovo is “not an option” for Diant Ramaj, underlines his agent.

Diant Ramaj’s agent, Jürgen Schwab, has denied reports suggesting that the 24-year-old is set for his first call-up to the Kosovo national team.

Eligible to play for both Germany and Kosovo, Ramaj is not interested in representing the latter.

“The reports are definitely false,” Schwab told Bild.

“The interest from Kosovo is known and makes Diant happy, but he has made his position clear: He will not play for Kosovo; it is not an option for him”

Ramaj is currently on loan at 1. FC Heidenheim from Borussia Dortmund and has represented various German youth national teams.
