Report: Eight names who could be listed for sale at Dortmund

It could be a busy summer in store for BVB as they look to rebuild after a disappointing campaign thus far.

According to the latest report from BILD, Borussia Dortmund could part ways with up to 8 players in summer.

Three names believed to be heading that list are Giovanni Reyna, Niklas Sule and Salih Ozcan. 

Sule, who is currently one of the top earners in the BVB squad, cannot imagine a departure while Reyna and Ozcan could be sold to finance a rebuild. 

Julian Brandt and Pascal Gross are supposedly in a “50/50 situation” – they haven’t performed consistently but could get another chance.

Brandt’s potential contract extension is currently on hold while Gross could depart after just one season in black and yellow.

Elsewhere, Jamie Gittens, Marcel Sabitzer and Yan Couto could also leave if “a suitable offer comes in”. 

Emre Can no longer feels threatened after a sustained period of good form since being deployed as a centre-half.
