With the prospect of becoming the all-time topscorer in the Premier League, Harry Kane will always be linked with a move back to England. For now, however, the English man is set to stay in Munich.

Harry Kane proves week in, week out that he is still among the very best players in Europe; 43 goal contributions in 37 games this season speak for themselves.

Ever since his transfer from Tottenham to Bayern Munich, experts have been speculating on when, not if, Kane will return to England’s 1st division – the prospect of overtaking Alan Shearer to become the most successful goalscorer in Premier League history surely must be too tempting for Kane.

Reports increased in 2025, predicting a Kane transfer in the summer after winning a title with Bayern Munich beforehand. As it seems now, however, Kane is set to stay in Munich for at least another season.

Sky Germany’s Florian Plettenberg reportedly confirms Kane’s wish to stay at Bayern – for now. Kane has proven his qualities under Vincent Kompany and the team spirit seemingly grew under the Belgian’s tenure so far. Let’s wait and see if Kane’s feelings change depending on Bayern’s Champions League success this season.
