Report: Nico Schlotterbeck’s agent opens door to Barcelona

According to Mundo Deportivo, Nico Schlotterbeck’s agent has hinted that a Barcelona move is possible.

Borussia Dortmund are keen to extend Nico Schlotterbeck’s contract beyond 2027, but it remains uncertain whether they will succeed, with several top European clubs reportedly monitoring the defender.

According to Mundo Deportivo, Schlotterbeck’s agent has indicated that his client is open to a move to FC Barcelona.

However, even if the 26-year-old is interested, it is unclear whether the Catalan giants would be willing – or able – to meet Dortmund’s hefty asking price.

The Bundesliga side are reportedly valuing the defender at a staggering €70 million.

Schlotterbeck has featured 18 times in all competitions for BVB this season.
