Sources close to Sky Germany believe the initial offer was deemed too low by the newly promoted English club.

Sunderland have rejected Borussia Dortmund’s latest offer for Jobe Bellingham which was below €25million

Dortmund are expected to return with a new proposal today, Sky Germany reports from their inside information gained from an English source.

Bellingham is with England U-21 for the Euros – but if a deal is done, he’ll head to Dortmund and the Club World Cup.

All parties – even Sunderland – are confident a deal will be done. Jobe has already made his decision to join BVB.
