Reports Milan have agreement on personal terms with Betis full-back Miranda

Recent reports suggest that Milan have reached an agreement on personal terms with Real Betis full-back Juan Miranda and that the Rossoneri are pushing to have a deal completed before the end of the January transfer window.

The 23-year-old left back is out of contract with the LaLiga club at the end of the 2023-24 season and as per La Gazzetta dello Sport, has no intention of extending his stay in Seville.

Milan, who currently have no real cover for current left-back and makeshift centre-half Theo Hernandez, would like to provide coach Stefano Pioli with a new defender in January.

Betis, however, would still prefer to keep Miranda until the end of the current campaign before allowing him to leave on what would be a free transfer.

La Gazzetta, as well as Relevo reporter Matteo Moretto and transfer expert Fabrizio Romano all report that an agreement has effectively been reached between the Rossoneri and Miranda’s entourage for a four-year deal, which will run until the summer of 2028.

Milan are now reportedly pushing to complete the deal for a fee of around €3m-€4m in the January window.
