Tottenham have secured an option to buy Bayern Munich’s Mathys Tel, according to reports in England.

Earlier on Monday, it was widely reported that Tottenham had agreed a deal to sign Mathys Tel on a straight loan from Bayern Munich.
However, both Sky Sports and the London Evening Standard are now claiming that Tottenham will in fact have an option to sign Tel on a permanent deal.
The 19-year-old French striker is currently in London to finalize his move to the Premier League side.
Tel joined Bayern from Stade Rennes in the summer of 2022 for a reported fee of €20 million.
He has made 14 appearances for Bayern this season.
