Roma vs. Cremonese: Serie A official Week 26 line-ups

Roma rely on Donyell Malen, Bryan Zaragoza and returning Manu Koné, as the injury crisis is getting worse when welcoming Jamie Vardy’s Cremonese.

It kicks off at the Stadio Olimpico at 19.45 GMT (20.45 CET).

The Giallorossi have a big opportunity here to break away from Juventus in fifth place and catch Napoli in third, as both those teams lost this weekend.

However, they twice fumbled a lead to be held 2-2 by Napoli last week, and the injuries keep piling up, with Paulo Dybala, Matias Soulé, Artem Dovbyk, Evan Ferguson and Stephan El Shaarawy out of action.

Wesley is not 100 per cent fit either after spraining his ankle during that game, but starts anyway, while January signing Zaragoza gets his first start with Lorenzo Pellegrini and on form hitman Malen.

The good news for Gian Piero Gasperini is the return of midfielder Manu Koné after several weeks out.

Mario Hermoso pulled out in the warm-up with muscular issues, replaced by Daniele Ghilardi.

Cremonese had a sensational start to life in Serie A, but that has dissipated and they are now sliding back towards the drop zone.

Their last victory was 2-0 against Lecce on December 7, followed by four draws and seven defeats, scoring one goal in the last six rounds.

Federico Baschirotto has joined Warren Bondo, Michele Collocolo, Romano Floriani Mussolini and Faris Moumbagna on the treatment table.

January signings Morten Thorsby and Youssef Maleh start, but former Leicester City star Vardy is dropped in favour of Antonio Sanabria.
