According to Bild, clubs from Saudi Arabia and Qatar have inquired about Borussia Dortmund’s Marcel Sabitzer.
Borussia Dortmund midfielder Marcel Sabitzer has received lucrative offers from clubs in Saudi Arabia and Qatar, according to Bild.
However, the report suggests the 31-year-old “no longer wastes any thought” on leaving Dortmund this summer following a conversation with head coach Niko Kovac.
Kovac reportedly told the Austrian international that he is counting on him for the upcoming season, effectively ending any speculation about a departure this summer.
Sabitzer, who joined Dortmund from Bayern Munich in 2023, featured in four games for BVB during the Club World Cup.
He started in their most recent pre-season friendly, a 3-2 victory over LOSC Lille last week.
