Koni De Winter is expected to replace Fikayo Tomori in Milan’s defence this evening, while Santiago Gimenez will partner with Rafael Leao in attack.

It kicks off at 20:45 CET (19:45 BST) at the Stadio Meazza in San Siro.

The Rossoneri are already the table leaders, so a win would give them a four-point lead over runners-up Roma, Inter and Napoli.

Massimiliano Allegri must cope without the injured Adrien Rabiot, Christian Pulisic, Ardon Jashari, Pervis Estupinan and Ruben Loftus-Cheek, but Christopher Nkunku is available again and will start on the bench after missing the latest game against Fiorentina.

Multiple sources, including Gazzetta and Sky Sport Italia, claim that Tomori will rest this evening, making room for De Winter in a three-man defence.

Pisa’s Idrissa Tour returns from a one-game ban and will start as a right midfielder for the Nerazzurri, who are still looking for their first win this season.

Pisa fans have been banned from away games for three months, so the away end will remain empty this evening.
