Roberto Piccoli, who has recently received his first call up to the Italy national team, starts among the substitutes on Sunday. Fiorentina are unchanged after their 0-0 draw with Pisa last time out in Serie A.

Paulo Dybala has returned to the Giallorossi squad in time for kick-off against the Viola on Sunday. He starts among the substitutes, with Matias Soule and Tommaso Baldanzi supporting Artem Dovbyk in attack.

Wesley starts at right wing-back, with Kostas Tsimikas starting on the opposite flank. Bryan Cristante and Manu Kone are Gasperini’s go-to options in central midfield.
