Sky’s Florian Plettenberg reports that Luis Diaz has told Liverpool about his desire to leave the club for Bayern Munich. However, according to the recent update, he is yet to reach a full agreement with the Bavarians.
Vincent Kompany is playing a big part as he wants the player as the big transfer for the upcoming season. Bayern reportedly offered €14 million annual salary for the player. Their first offer to Liverpool was declined by the Premier League side a couple of days ago.
Barcelona is the other club ready to compete Bayern for Diaz’s sigining. However, Plettenberg reports that the Colombian international prefers the Rekordmeister. Based on their financial situation, the Catalans would probably struggle to register him as well.
