The highly-rated Bayern talent could be set for a move to another Bundesliga side.
According to Kicker reporter Frank Linkesch, VfB Stuttgart and Werder Bremen are interested in Paul Wanner.
The Bayern Munich player is prioritizing a move to the Swabians who could be interested in permanently signing the 19-year-old.
For Bremen only a loan deal is an option – while for Stuttgart, both options (loan and permanent move) are on the table.
Die Rekordmeister would ideally like to loan Wanner out to a team playing in European competitions.
Wanner spent the entirety of the 2024-25 campaign helping Heidenheim retain their Bundesliga status.
He managed to find the net on 3 occasions while supplying 2 assists across his 29 appearances.
