After just half a year with VfB Stuttgart, Lazar Jovanovic is apparently making a swift but temporary return to his native Serbia.
According to a report by Mozzart Sport, Stuttgart and Jovanovic’s former employer Red Star Belgrade have agreed on a loan deal.
The 19-year-old only joined the Swabian club from Red Star last summer with high expectations for around €5million.
However, he has struggled to impose himself on Sebastian Hoeneß’ plans, so the winger is now set to gain playing experience in Serbia.
The Serbian champions, according to the report, have secured a larger share of any future sale estimated to be around 20 percent.
