Thomas Müller is set to become a TV pundit during next summer’s World Cup, according to the latest report from Sport BILD.

Müller has supposedly agreed with Deutsche Telekom to collaborate on the MagentaTV platform during the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

At MagentaTV, Müller will offer classic analyses, spontaneous live reactions, casual talks and tactical insights.

MagentaTV will broadcast all 104 World Cup matches live in Germany, of which 44 of them will be fully exclusive.

“I’m really excited about this new challenge and am looking forward to the tournament. This time, not on the pitch, but at the microphone,” Müller said.
