Tottenham keeping tabs on Isaksen as Lazio star’s value soars

Tottenham are reportedly monitoring Gustav Isaksen, but his rising form at Lazio is likely to make it an expensive target for the Premier League outfit.

The Danish winger joined Lazio from Midtjylland in the summer of 2023 and has become a standout performer for the Serie A side this season, contributing five goals and five assists in 39 appearances across all competitions.

Tottenham eyeing Isaksen, but Lazio’s high asking price may put Spurs off

His impressive and consistent performances have seen his market value climb to €40m, a sharp increase from the €13 million Lazio paid to secure his services.

This surge in form has not gone unnoticed, with Tottenham believed to be one of the clubs interested in securing his services for next season according to La Gazzetta dello Sport.

While Isaksen’s potential as a key asset for Lazio makes him an enticing target, the significant price tag attached to him could make any move difficult for Spurs, especially with the Biancocelesti likely to be keen to retain the 24-year-old.
