Tottenham are preparing an offer for Bayern Munich midfielder Joao Palhinha, accroding to TBR Football.
After just one season in Germany, João Palhinha could be leaving Bayern Munich for a move back to the English Premier League.
According to Bild, Tottenham Hotspur are showing strong interest in the 30-year-old former Fulhan midfielder, with new manager Thomas Frank seeing Palhinha as the ideal anchor for his midfield.
TBR Football, meanwhile, reports that Spurs are preparing a formal offer for the Portuguese international.
Bayern signed Palhinha from Fulham for €50 million last summer, but are reportedly open to letting him go for €25–30 million.
Palhinha made 24 appearances across all competitions for Bayern last season.
