As for the second goal, Thuram was sent through down the right by new signing Sucic and scored with a precise angled drive.

Notably, he celebrated by waving to the crowd where he knew that his family was seated, as father Lilian was accompanied by Marcus’ brother – and Juventus midfielder – Khephren.
