The new CT had a dream start to his career in Bergamo on Friday evening, sweeping Estonia aside 5-0 in their 2026 World Cup qualifier.

It took a while to break the deadlock, which came when Retegui flicked on a cross for Moise Kean.

Retegui went on to score two himself, with Giacomo Raspadori and Alessandro Bastoni also on target.
