Video: Napoli fans give McTominay a special taste of Scotland during parade for 4th Scudetto

Napoli fans decided to make Scotland international Scott McTominay feel at home during the open top bus parade to celebrate the Scudetto and he happily necked from a bottle of whisky.

The midfielder has been a sensation in his first Serie A season, being named Best Overall Player and taking his team to the title, pipping Inter by one point.

The squad drove around the city today in an open top bus to celebrate their success, with fans throwing gifts to the players.

McTominay now a hero for Napoli fans

They had a special present to give McTominay a feel of home, flinging a bottle of Scotch whisky up for him.

So the former Manchester United star duly took a glug from the bottle and threw it back to the crowd.

It was probably the only way he and club teammate Billy Gilmour would sense a bit of Scotland when soaking up the sun and looking over the Bay of Naples.
