It took under three minutes for Milan to open the scoring against Napoli with Alexis Saelemaekers, but it was all about the sensational Christian Pulisic run from his own half.

Max Allegri said in his pre-match interview that Pulisic was not 100 per cent fit, but the USMNT star certainly seemed to be sharp when he gathered inside his own half, sprinted away from debutant Luca Marianucci, shrugged off the tackle, and rolled across for the simplest of Saelemaekers tap-ins.

It has been a great start to the season for Captain America, as this was his second assist along with five goals between Serie A and the Coppa Italia.
