Vinicius Jnr appeared to have asked Real Madrid team-mate Jude Bellingham for the shirt of a Premier League star after Brazil’s win over England.  

The South American giants started off their preparations for this summer’s Copa America with victory at Wembley thanks to a goal by Endrick. 

The 17-year-old  wonderkid found himself on the scoresheet, capitalising on a rebound after Jordan Pickford saved Vinicius Jnr’s initial effort.

Vinicius Jnr caught up with club team-mate Jude Bellingham after the match, sharing a hug and a joke before being handed the midfielder’s match worn shirt. 

In a behind the scenes footage released by the official England account on social media, Bellingham appeared to ask if he wanted anyone else’s shirt and Vinicius replied, ‘Rice’.

Despite England’s defeat, the gesture will come as a huge compliment to Rice who has made a big strides this season. 

The 25-year-old performed well against Brazil, winning four of his five duels while creating two chances. 

Rice has been one of the signings of the season in the Premier League after joining Arsenal for £105million from West Ham.

He has been an ever-present in midfield for his new side, helping them in another Premier League title chase and to the quarter-finals of the Champions League.

Rice will hope to help get England back to winning ways when the Three Lions take on Belgium on Tuesday night.
