After completing a €4 million move from Borussia Dortmund in August, Giovanni Reyna made his first appearance for Borussia Mönchengladbach in a recent friendly against Schalke 04.
Die Fohlen claimed a 2-0 victory, with Luca Netz and Franck Honorat scoring the goals. Reyna played a key role in the opener, providing a superb through ball to set up Netz.
The United States international could make his competitive debut for Gladbach when they face Werder Bremen this weekend.
