The Champions League round of 16 draw is complete, but the bracket no longer features Juventus, Milan or Atalanta following their elimination at the end of the play-off round on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings.

Here is who the three eliminated Italian sides would have faced had they survived.

Juventus were knocked out of the competition after a 4-3 aggregate loss against PSV. The Dutch side have since been drawn against Arsenal, which means the Bianconeri would have had a two-legged tie against the Premier League hopefuls had they made it through.

Milan, meanwhile, lost 2-1 on aggregate to an injury-hit Feyenoord side, who had an interim coach in Pascal Bosschaart in charge. Feyenoord have been drawn against the only remaining Italian side in the competition, Inter, which means there could have been a Derby della Madonnina in the Champions League round of 16.

Atalanta were knocked out by Club Brugge in an eventual 5-2 defeat on aggregate, which means that they have missed out on a tie against Unai Emery’s Aston Villa.
