Tammy Abraham admits Milan must ‘switch from the start’ and ‘must learn’ from another comeback against Fiorentina.

The Rossoneri recovered from two goals down on Saturday, collecting a 2-2 home draw against Fiorentina.

The Tuscans scored twice in the opening 10 minutes, but the Rossoneri bounced back with goals from Abraham and Luka Jovic.

“I always try to do my best. It was an important goal, but we are unhappy because we didn’t win. We must learn from this and move forward,” Abraham told Telelombardia via TMW.

It’s not the first time Milan have come back from behind, but inconsistent results have left them 9th in the Serie A table, outside a European placement.

“We always switch when we are behind, but we need to switch from the start, when we step onto the pitch,” Abraham admitted.

“We know we can create many goal-scoring opportunities as we are a great team. We should start playing the way we did when we were two goals down.

“I believe in the team. We work hard, and the confidence will return.”

Milan collected just one point in the last two league games.

They remain in the race for the Coppa Italia and will meet city rivals Inter in a second-leg semifinal on April 23.

Abraham has scored 10 goals and provided five assists in 40 appearances across all competitions this season.

He’s currently on loan from Roma, and whether the Rossoneri will retain him for 2025-26 remains to be seen.
