Arsenal are ready to battle it out with Chelsea to land Juventus attacker Kenan Yildiz at the end of the campaign, according to Gazzetta dello Sport.
The Turkey international registered 12 goals and nine assists for the Bianconeri last term, and he has carried over the form with nine goal involvements this campaign.
His current deal does not expire until the summer of 2029, but Juventus are keen on rewarding him with a new five-year contract with a huge pay rise.
The Bianconeri have proposed to increase his wages from €1.7m per year to €5m per year, but the player is reportedly holding out for €6m per year.
This has hit a roadblock in negotiations and reports claim that Yildiz could be sold for a premium fee next summer if there is no resolution by then.
Juventus could demand as much as €100 million for his services.
Chelsea made an offer worth €67m last summer, and they are expected to face competition from Arsenal for the former Bayern graduate.
