Fabregas, 37, oversaw a return to Serie A last season – the club’s first in the top flight of Italian football for 21 years – having impressed as Como’s interim manager.
The Spaniard has ensured steady progress has been made so far this season, with his side currently sitting in 15th place in Serie A, leaving them two points clear of the relegation places.
Having implemented an impressive style of play, Fabregas is now rumoured to be attracting interest from elsewhere.
However, the former Arsenal and Chelsea star is currently under contract with Como until 2028, meaning the club would need require compensation if another team were to poach him.
Honing his coaching skills from his playing days – which saw him managed by the likes of Pep Guardiola, Jose Mourinho, Arsene Wenger and Vincente del Bosque – the former midfielder has learnt from some of the best in the business.

This has reportedly led to interest in securing his services from German side Stuttgart, according to Bild.
The publication says that the Bundesliga outfit could be keen on bringing in Fabregas as a replacement for Sebastian Hoeness.
Fabregas enjoyed a glittering playing career, winning the 2010 World Cup with Spain as well as the 2014-15 Premier League with Chelsea.
His move to the Blues came after he left Arsenal for Barcelona in 2011 and would go on to win both La Liga and the Copa Del Rey.
Hoeness, 42, was linked with a move to Borussia Dortmund after they elected to sack Nuri Sahin following a poor run of results – but they instead chose to appoint former Bayern Munich manager Niko Kovac.
Hoeness has also been tipped as Xabi Alonso’s successor at Bayer Leverkusen, with Alonso regarded as one of the best young coaches in Europe after guiding them to the league title unbeaten last season.

Were they to potentially lose Hoeness, Fabregas could be an ideal replacement for Stuttgart, who have impressed throughout 2024-25.
They currently sit fifth in the Bundesliga after 20 games and are just one point off a Champions League spot.
This is a continuation of their impressive form during the previous campaign, during which they finished 2nd to secure a Champions League.
It also marked their highest finish in the Bundesliga since 2007, when they lifted the title for the fifth time in the club’s history.
