Mainoo could return vs Ipswich

Manchester United have been handed a huge injury boost ahead of the Premier League clash against Ipswich Town on the road.

The Red Devils have had plenty of injury concerns this season, but there could be a timely boost following the international break.

Mason Mount and Leny Yoro returned to training before the interlul and the duo are expected to be involved in the matchday squad on Sunday.

Alongside the duo, the Red Devils could also welcome Kobbie Mainoo.

Mainoo has not featured since the October international break due to a calf injury, but he has recovered in time to train once more.

He was involved in Ruben Amorim‘s first training session as the United manager and could be part of the squad this weekend.

United are languishing 13th in the standings with 15 points, but they are only four points behind Chelsea, who are presently third.

Hence, there is not much of a difference and United could get back into the Champions League hunt with a long winning streak.
