West Ham‘s Said Benrahma is reportedly being targeted by clubs in the Saudi Pro League ahead of the January transfer window.

According to The Sun, Benrahma could make the move if a suitable offer is made.

The report states that the Algerian’s new agent has strong connections with the leading clubs in Saudi Arabia.

Benrahma’s representative has been in London for face-to-face talks with West Ham boss David Moyes.

Given that Benrahma isn’t guaranteed a place in the starting lineup it is possible that West Ham could accept an offer for him.

A host of prominent players made the switch to Saudi Arabia in the summer transfer window, with Roberto Firmino signing for Al-Ahli, while Aymeric Laporte joined Al-Nassr and Jordan Henderson moved to Al-Ettifaq.

Benrahma first moved to English football in 2018 with Brentford. He joined West Ham initially on loan in October 2020 before making the deal permanent in 2021.

Since joining the Hammers, he has made 149 appearances, during which he has scored 24 goals an has provided 19 assists.

He featured as West Ham won the UEFA Europa Conference League last season.
