Coverage of Wales’ World Cup qualifier on Tuesday night was interrupted by a technical error.
The BBC broadcast of Wales clash with North Macedonia hit a stumbling block early on, with the programme stopped just two minutes into the crucial match, played in Skopje.
Pictures of the qualifying game went down, before a message appeared, reading: ‘Temporary fault’.
While the BBC worked hard to get the programme back up and running, coverage of the game was out for around a minute and a half in total.
According to one fan on X, formerly Twitter, the disruption to the feed did not seemingly apply to the microphones in the commentary box.
‘Good start to the North Macedonia v Wales game on BBC,’ they wrote.

‘Someone in the commentary box also had their microphone on and was just have a general chat in the background as well,’ followed by a laughing emoji.
Wales went into the game having beaten Kazakhstan in their first game of the qualifying group 3-1.
Daniel James, Ben Davies and Rabbi Matondo were all on the scoresheet in a confidence-boosting win in Cardiff, which put them level on points with Tuesday’s opposition, but behind on goal difference.
North Macedonia, meanwhile, beat Liechtenstein – who twice lost to San Marino last year – 3-0.
‘North Macedonia is a different game to Kazakhstan,’ admitted Wales boss Craig Bellamy ahead of the game in the North Macedonian capital.
‘We knew that beforehand so it hasn’t changed anything to what we’re looking to do.
‘We’ve had to review the game quickly and there were some really positive bits.
‘There were some things we need to improve on, but overall I’m very happy and it’s another game that allows us to progress.’
