Manchester United have reportedly spent around €116 million on Rasmus Højlund and Joshua Zirkzee.

Yet the Red Devils are apparently not happy with their two strikers, who both started from the bench in Ruben Amorim’s first game in charge.

Therefore, according to Sky Germany, Man United are looking to bolster their attacking options and have set their sights on Bayer Leverkusen’s Victor Boniface.

However, persuading Leverkusen to sell could prove difficult, with Die Werkself believed to be keen to keep hold of the Nigeria international.

Boniface has been Leverkusen’s starting striker this season, but is currently sidelined with a thigh injury. His contract expires in 2028.

Eintracht Frankfurt’s Omar Marmoush is also being linked with Manchester United.
